This is a set of hybrids which connect to a line array of antennas one one side and produce several outputs that combine the antennas in different ways so that you have a selection of radiation patterns.

butler matrix is beamforming network, used to generate beams , used in, for example smart antennas.
bt i dont know how to use it ,to creat beam. plz if any one can share its use,
