I'm studying a microwave oscillator [who is based on the negative resistance principle]. It use an Impatt Diode. I ask if You have some theory and application document about Impatt and Gunn diodes. Thanx for Your Collaboration.

Hello Paolone1340;
I recommend the book written by Yngvesson about microwave semiconductor devices. Also you may see some materials in the book written by Sze about physics of semiconductor devices.

It has been a coon's age, but as I recall the use of something called a Reike (or Rieke) diagram explained the circuit impedances needed for proper operation.
