Sir
I want to do a project regarding restoring the blurred image using fuzzy logic or neural networks. Send me your idea on that project

fuzzy logic normally means lots of if ... than else if ... than ... conditional judgement of the method. Basically, you can use interpolation to estimate the blurred area. However, different senario may need different kind of interpolation algorithm. So you need fuzzy logic to adjust.

Hi sip!
I see that the MatLab Toolbox can be helpful for you!
you can check the Image Proccesing ToolBox in MatLab for idea!
I think they provide a tool for Image restoration.
Regard, Nhutdtvt

Please send me some research papers regarding image restoration by fuzzy logic
