There are six terminals(RFinp, RFinm, LOinp, LOinm, IFinp, IFinm)
So there are 36 characteristics regarding both physical ports and driving schemes(Diffrential and Common).

What characteristics do you have to evaluate ?

If only simple diff-diff-diff characteristics is required, use ideal balun for RF, LO and IF.

Thanx for your attention...
I used 3 baluns for (LO,RF,IF)
But I have a problem for simulate ... in display window the result has a lot of distortion for fundamental and 3-order Vif.

Thank you so much...It is a gilbert cell mixrer...I used 3 balun for LO,RF and IF ...but I have a problem in simulation...the result of fundamental and 3-order of Vif is not good..it has got distortion

It's not a distortion, your Mixer is simply not working.Have you set-up properly HB controller ?? RF Frequency,LO Frequency and IF Frequency ??
I think something is missing in HB controller.

Can you understand a definition IIP2 ?
If so, it is same as IIP3.
