igbt selection

Hi. At this moment I´m developing a 3 phase inverter for an induction motor. The motor power is 800 W and Vrms=195V I=3.7A. I need select a correct IGBT for this development. This is a low cost development, I can´t use modules. I need develop this with discrete IGBT like FGPF7N60RUFD.
Anybody can help me about how to select the correct IGBT for this?. Many thanks.
