Hello friends ,

I want to control IGBT to operate at 600VDC and 50-30KHz frequency. Can you suggest me for IGBT and IGBT driver to handle this specification.
 

Hi,

The load could be 5mA or 500A.....we don't know.

Before you ask here you should go through application notes and selection tools of IGBT manufacturers and driver manufacturers.
Please do so ... and tell us the results.

IGBT operation at 30-50 kHz is -if at all - only feasible with extra fast IGBT and resonant switching. What's your application and circuit topology?
 

Actually i want to generate AC Sine wave using 4 IGBT at 600VDC 25A supply with controlling of 30-50KHz Frerquency.
