If we provide Max tran, Max Cap, Skew and latency targets, will you please sort it by the order CTS will take?

If we provide Max transition, Max Capacitance, Skew and latency targets. will you please sort it by the order CTS will fix based on the priority?
 

Sort by date Sort by votes
time to read documentation, no?
DRV fix first and then timing, and again loop.
with some route phase in between...
