If the hot nwell is too close, what will happen

In my case, the space of two hot nwell is too close .
What will happen in the circuit?
 

The depletion layers of the Nwells (into the Pwell/Psubstrate) will touch each other, and thus you will have a "short" between the 2 Nwells.
