IEEE VHDL's new synthesis subset

Hi guys ..
I have heard that the IEEE extended the VHDL RTL sysnthesis subset and approved a revised standard, IEEE 1076.6-2004. Does anyone have any idea where to get this newly modified standard from ?

Only revision of 2002 is there
