IEEE Papers not listed

Hi

On recommendation of one of my friends regarding availability of IEEE papers I joined edaboard.com but to my surprise the group "IEEE Papers" under "EDA THEORY" is not listed with my login whereas its listed in my friend's group list.

Is there any point limit to cross to be able to see some groups if so pls let me know how much is it for "IEEE paper" group under "EDA Theory" .

Since you are new, you may need special authorization to access certain forum which only the forum moderator and board administrator can grant that. So you should contact them.
