I'm trying to find a replacement for an ST Microelectronics transistor. On the body of the transistor its marked up as;
ST
CHN
T4
0560
U6N247
I'm assuming its a transistor as it looks like one, and on the board its identified as TR1. The closest thing I can find to the number is a 2N247. I can't find anything on the ST website with any of the numbers above numbers.
