Identify 2.1 error when using the incremental design flow

About Identify 2.1

When I use the incremental design flow of the Identify, it is reported that "ERROR: Cannot load instrumentation 'incr_instr': Invalid .dly file. The .dly and .ncd file are out-of-sync with the design used", why?
