Ideal multiplier used as mixer( about its linearity and time invariance)

when ideal multiplier is used as mixer, can i say it is still linear but not time invariant?

The conversion gain is constant, independent of input amplitude => linear
the equation f(t) = f(t+t') for any t' is not true => not time invariant

I would agree!
