I ll have to face an interview on an assignment in a purely temporary time bound reasearch project entitled , "DEVELOPMENT OF MBE CLUSTER TOOL BASED EPITAXIAL NANO-SEMICONDUCTOR INFRASTRUCTURE" AND PROCESS INTREGATION FACILTY FOR HIGH HETEROSTRUCTURE NANO-DEVICES ON SILICON (ENS)

please explain whats that & what functions are executed here ?
