IDE spin down (sleep)

Hi,

anyone knows about utility or description how to spin-down/power-off
particular IDE hard drive in win xp ?

power management does it for all IDE drives, i can't setup different
power-off time for each hdd ...

i have a bit noisy ide hdd with data and i want to power it off/on manually
