IC610 - Is this a license problem?

Installed IC610 on RHEL4.

I have successfully installed IC5141 and it runs ok with my RHEL4. I tried to install IC610 because I wanted to use OA. I tried IC613 and IC614 but I don't have license files for these version.

Anyway, I ran license. Looks ok to me. Here is the log.

It looks to me license is running ok. But when I try to open a schematic inside CIW, I see these warnings and it doesn't open the schematic.

Is this a license problem?

Here are what I tried so far.
1. Tried different license files.
2. Tried it with IC610_lnx86.ISR200612081658.
3. Tried it with RHEL5.
4. Tried it with RHEL5-64bit
5. Tried it with Ubunto10.10

All of them have the exactly same results. Here are my .cshrc and license setting.

As you can see I tried LD_ASSUME_KERNEL 2.4.1 and CDS_LIC_FILE 5280@localhost and still same results.

I have been googling almost a week and I din't find any solution.
 

Many software are use in working life.But the main problem is that these software license is not issue easily.Many people get no license so that they are not use the software.

You might try to uncomment "setenv CDS_LIC_FILE 5280@localhost".
And comment out "setenv LM_LICENSE_FILE ${CDS_ROOT}/share/license/license.dat"
 

CDS_LIC_FILE and LM_LICENSE_FILE should point to the license file, both. Have seen this issue in other comments. Try that and see if it works. I would suggest using scientific linux and see how it works on that distro. I my case worked just fine.
For IC 6.13 and IC 6.14 there is no working license yet. IC 6.10 is the last version that has a working license file.
