IC to communicate SD CARD

I need one IC for to communicate between one BUS ISA and a SD CARD.

The most simple way is to implement SPI mode from Motorola's(AVR)'s cpu . Otherwise you have to look for specific vendor . Most of them made only pcmcia interface , you have to convert the ISA from/to pcmcia .
