Hi all,
No need of costly programmer for low voltage and standard programming of PIC micro all can be done with famous IC-PROG software, all information for building such a cheap hardware along with using guide and hardware is uploaded here.
With this setting hardware type JDM with direct I/O setting all other parameters uncheck see attachment for detail, for those who used win 2k or XP you must need respective driver from there web page.
I have made this on strip board and working on PCB version, working fine with out any problem
