I have a source from a dishwasher or washing machine on my desk. Power supply is AC 230 / 5V, 12 and 24V about 10W. A classic defect, the main capacitor on the 22uF 400V primary has a capacity of only about 300pF. This resulted in the MOSFET in the control IC being blown and the IC being destroyed. The top part of the IC is missing, so the markings cannot be read.
Does anyone know the control circuit by wiring?

1 Primari GND
2 Vcc , C47uF 50V ,power supply via a diode and a 47 Ohm resistor from the auxiliary winding of the transformer
3 attached to collector of photo transistor in PC817
4 Not connect
5 Drain, connected to +330V , positive output of main capacitor 22uF 400V
6,7,8 Source ,connected to the main winding of the transformer
Loop back for a second with the TL431 over PC817
The IC must internally generate power for start-up from 330V on pin 5
What IC could it be?
