IC for voice command

Some years ago I found an IC for voice commands but I can't find it anymore.
It worked this way: first you record an audio sample, like a secret word, and the IC will save it on his memory. Then the IC will recognize the secret word every time you pronunce it because it will compare the audio samples.
Can you guess the IC name?

here I found some information.

one ic was PROTALK PT2030 28 pins, pin 27 for record and pin 23 for playback speaker will connect to directly pin 14 and 15.

other one was of ISD manufacturer ISD2560/75/90/120
this is also 28 pin with speaker and mic connections.
there are many many manufacturer in the world,
you are lucky if these ICs match with your memory inform me back.
if so you can easily find data sheet of these ICs on net

another complex IC is Double Talk RC8650 text to
Voice synthesizer if you want to put your life in complexity
