Dear All,

I am writing a GUI toolbox in ICC, and I need to add a button to bring up the Properties Dialog, which can be easily brought up by pressing Ctrl+R.
I am wondering if there is any tcl command that can do the same thing (bring up the dialog or send key combinations) in IC Compiler.
