IC 555 heating problem

when i implemented this circuit on bread board it works fine but i am not able to get it on PCB.

when ever i supply 555 with 9v it starts heating up.

below are the schematic and board file attached.

its a simple delay circuit.

help me out.

Why has the PCB got pin 3 connected to pin 2 and 6?
