Hi all,
I am trying to use IBM 9RF (90nm) PDK in my Cadence IC 6.1.2. My Cadence is installed in a server and I access it from my user account. I installed the PDK in my user account creating a folder in my users home directory. Then, I copied the .cdsenv and the display.drf files to my user's home directory and .cdsinit file to the cadence start up directory without any modification/customization. I got the libraries cms9flp, rf9flp and esd9flp in the installation directory of the PDK after logging in to the Cadence, but my problems are:

1. CIW generates the error quoted bellow during starting. It appears just after the "END OF USER CUSTOMIZATION"

*Error* loadContext: could not open file - "/afs/btv/data/ams/kit_test/IBM_PDK/cms9flp/V1.5.0.0IBM/cdslib/Skill/ibmPdkProcs610.cxt"

where, I did not get 'btv' in 'afs'.

2. The tab named 'IBM_PDK' does not appear in the CIW.

3. During schematic simulation, names of the transistors appear as 'nmos' or 'pmos' in the netlist instead of 'nfet' or 'pfet' and the simulation fails.

Could anyone please suggest me, where might be the problem?
Thanks in advance.
