I2C read but cannot write

hello everybody ;
i'm working in a TNT project and i'm using a tuner module from thomson witch contains an stv0362 as a demodulator (accessible on i2C) and a tuner from infineon (i3c read but i cannot write)
my problem is that i can read from any adress but i cannot write
what can i do ?
please help
 

Please check that if that device has write protect pin, If it does then see voltage level on it, Is that device write protected??
