I tried with same parameters but parameters will vary 4 different components right

actually I tried in the same manner for 1n4007 diode. but parameters will vary for each diode right? Iavg= average current,Vpk=peak voltage, mfg= manufacturer,

Is=? Rs=? N=? Cjo=? M=?

I took,

.model 1N914 D(Is=2.52n Rs=.568 N=1.752 Cjo=4p M=.4 tt=20n Iave=200m Vpk=75 mfg=OnSemi type=silicon)

what are the modifications need to do in the following by using 1n4007 onsemi datasheet.

earlier I thought that the model file generator software itself will generate the values.
