I have read your code but I can't see where you have changed it. Have you used the 2D version and "upgraded" it to 3D or simply modified the 3D code in page 94? I'm also trying to fix this 3D pml code but I'm still getting huge reflections...

I just toke this code from 3D PML program on page 94 namely I extracted the PML code just to make 3D wave simulation

Did you try the Mur ABCs from Kunz book
I tried it as well it stays at 10 to power -5 as error and does not absorb more than that
 

Didn't you have any reflection using this code?
 

By teh codes of MUR I have reflections less then 10 to power -5 as I mentioned
