I/Q Vector Modulator Mapping - help needed

Vector Modulator Mapping

Hi to all,
I am working with a I/Q vector modulator.
I need to calculate the control voltages for the vector modulator based on the weight input from the baseband. Now, the only information that I have are the measurements of the vector modulator.
I don not know how to make this mapping.
Please, can anyone help me o give me some information about this issue?
