I need to design 2nd order low pass filter and 1st order HPF

Guys i need to design these 2 filters

i mean to calculate the values of R and C

the 2nd order low pass filter is having frequency of 10Hz and 10KHZ respcetively, and the 1st order high pass filter is having 0.15HZ frequancy,

what will be the values R and C in these design,

what forumla to use
