I need software to disconnect modem at given time

My ISP changed the rules of the connection, stating that the flat time period is from 9 in the afternoon till 7 in the morning every day.
For this reason i need a simple software that will disconnect the 56 K connection some minutes before 7 in the morning to avoid to pay a lot of money if i forget to do it.
Does anybody knows such software ?

Hi eziggurat,

I always use Fl@shGET (www.am@zesoft.com/) to control my downloads. I have an ISP like yours and I just leave my PC ON with the setup to start downloads at 21:02 and stop at 06:48.

It works based on traffic so if you stop uploading/downloading it disconnects you automatically which is not good.
