Hey guys. Hope everyone is doing great.
I'm supposed to design a 3rd order Butterworth low-pass filter and so I combined 1st order and 2nd order Butterworth low-pass. That's what I need to do right? And so I did but there's an error saying "Name "X_U1" is defined more than once". What does that mean? I know there's something wrong with the circuit but I don't know what.
Hope you guys can help me with the problem. Thanks! =)

 

OMG. THAT simple? I feel sooooo stupid right now. Thanks for the help man. REALLY.

Perhaps I misunderstood your wording, however, just to avoid an error:

If you combine a first order LP with a Butterworth LP of 2nd order you will NOT get a Butterworth response of 3rd order. Pole parameters of the second stage have to be modified !
