I need help to find appropriate transformer.

I can`t find appropriate transformer. It is labeled Ka 14/05 - TF000514 (it looks like this one on the image - Arrows are pointing at pins). Can anyone tell me is there any other similar which I can use.

We need to know what the ratings are for this transformer before we can offer an alternative. Try speaking to the OEM of the equipment.
