Your schematic has blurred numbers next to components. It looks like a differential amplifier (long-tail pair followed by a half-bridge). Very much like an op amp. Early advice to experimenters stated the power supply should be bipolar. This ensures that transistors turn On even with a 0V bias input.
I think you should make a negative polarity supply as well as positive polarity. Adjust the negative voltage so you create output above and below a 0V ground centerline.
