I need help simulating this circuit

I I spent a lot of time simulating this circuit with the 32nm process, but the waveform has not come out correctly with the circuit, has anyone worked through this circuit here, please enjoy from everyone. Thank you very much
 
Your schematic has blurred numbers next to components. It looks like a differential amplifier (long-tail pair followed by a half-bridge). Very much like an op amp. Early advice to experimenters stated the power supply should be bipolar. This ensures that transistors turn On even with a 0V bias input.

I think you should make a negative polarity supply as well as positive polarity. Adjust the negative voltage so you create output above and below a 0V ground centerline.
 
Your recent schematic is much clearer. The action of the long-tail pair (M11 M12) needs to allow for either one to take a greater share of current and for the other to take a lesser share. That's a simple way of explaining the differential detector.

The tail resistor or transistor limits overall current to some amount. M11 M12 are like two class A amplifiers which must share this amount by letting one side take more than the other, or less so that the other side can have more. To achieve this, bias to each transistor must be adjusted so carefully, and/or your current source must be set up carefully.

Observe whether that occurs because if the action is lopsided, then lopsided waveforms go through the rest of the circuit. This is a simple example of the long-tail pair.
