I need help in executing the code

I found a code based on Man in the Middle Attack on Github but don't know how to run this code which IDE to use and on which platform it will work so I need help regarding it. Here is the URL

use gcc under linux for testing the 'Man in the Middle attack'.

Any IDE that uses gcc under Linux if you are not well versed in commandline.
