Hello!

I need a circuit in which motion sensor is used to turn on the lights of the room and also turn off when not required.

why do you want a motion sensor for turning light on/off ?? why not a light detector ???

Hi , Thanks for the quick response. The sensor is not much important it can be light or motion sensor. The circuit is main important. May be it motion or light sensor it(the circuit) should fulfill the purpose.

Now from your term "not required" means there is already enough light in the room so tube light or whatever should get turn off. You can use a LDR for this purpose along with the a comparator. Set the values according to your need !!!
