I am using now P89V51RD2FN ic for my programming. It is expensive and currently now available in NXP stored. They say that it is End of Life.
So I want to know is their any other ic with same pin configuration or orther company's ic available in market. I know atmel ics are available but not with same memory. Please suggest me for this
