I need a solution to design Video USB Grabber

Salaam

These days i try to find out a USB analog video grabber which capture analog video (PAL) and transfer to a PC via USB. There are a lot of external USB video grabber from EzCap and eMPIA ,... but none of them operates in industrial temperature range. I think i must design it myself with proper ICs.
Is there anyone could guide me through this approach?
I Could find some ICs that convert PAL video to RGB.656 but i could not find good IC which can transfer the RGB.656 via USB! Could anyone suggest me a solution?
