I need a power line communication circuit for automatic reading.. if anyone can help me.. it would be saving my life... grateful to u... plz help me

it is using power line communication for automatic meter reading. Power line communication technology to communicate between a micro controller at one end and a computer at other, and Low voltage line from 220 v to 11 KV for transmission channel
