From a discarded flat screen tv.

It must be one of the earliest ones because it has some very high current power FETs in it.

I scored 6 x IXTK62N25 (250V/62A) - these are perfect for my SSTC.

4 x IXFH26N60Q (600V/26A)

2 x IXTH75N15 (150V/75A)

4 x 2SK2837 (500V/20A)

Those really high current ones are quite expensive even on ebay.

Correction....

10 x IXTK62N25 (250V/62A)

4 x IXTH75N15 (150V/75A)

Quite expensive? 62N25 and 75N15 are about $4-$5 US. I wouldn't buy used MOSFETs on ebay.
