I have two different type of walky-talky hand sets. Each one operate on a specific frequency band. I want a circuit to connect the output of the first hand set directly to the microphon input of the other hand set. How can i do that? Is there is need for the matching circuit?

You should be able to connect them directly. I would add a variable resistor so you can control the level and still adjust the volume independently. Just make sure you connect the grounds together.
