1.I don't know how to bias my current cell. I think that my current don't vary from -60° to 120°. I don't how to bias it.
2.If I have 14 bits dac, how to measure INL and DNL?
The smallest current might vary because of temperature ,FF,SS,SF,FS and SS.
I don't know why to define LSB.
