if you can tell what is this circuit?
(or) , please give V_V1 , V_V2 and V_V3 where they are connected ?

what is their normal voltage of operation? .

getting the idea of circuit from netlist is somewhat time consuming ,
except for the original designer (and ofcourse for spice --no problem).

I am also puzzled by the following errors :

and ERROR -- Discontinuing simulation due to convergence problem

Is that what you have drawn in Orcad or what you should have drawn? I cannot seen the power supplies and input voltages in your netlist or input circuit, or any feedback mechanism.

Normally convergence problems like this are due to floating nodes - missed connections, crossovers where you think there is a connection, current mirrors where the gate-drain link is missing etc.

In particular, check the connections to the nodes reported at the end of the list file: "nodes that failed to converge".

In that picture , there is not include the Supply voltage and input signals.

But in pspice schemattic document picture ,they are included

 

There may be other problems, but check the gate of Q26 is connected properly. Also, you have a short circuit with Q4/5/6/7 gates all connected. Q4 and Q5 gates should be connected and Q5 & Q6, but not to Q4/Q5.

I modify Q26's gate and check Q4/5/6/7:



but the problem is still not resolved.

Q21 drain is shorted to Q14 drain. You need to carefully check your diagram.

When you have fixed the drawing errors, if you still get a convergence problem, repost the schematic and the error report and I will try to help. There may still be an error - I cannot be certain that the short circuits you have would have caused the error but when there are quite a few errors it can be difficult to spot the real one.

These shorts are not uncommon. I get them on my simulation software as well. It is because if you cross a component pin the software assumes you want to connect it. You will get used to looking for them!

I am fixing the drawing errors and looking over the circuit again.
Maybe I also should modify the circuit of bandgap reference.
