Hi,

I add one new RN device in my dracula lvs rule file, which can be checked out, but even I modify the resistor's W or L in netlist file, the check result still seems like correct. I doubt if the resistor's size be checked out rightly, but have no more idea to resolve it. Who may help me or give me more advice? Thanks for your help!

Have a good day!

Best Regards,

Harryzhu

Re: I defined one new device, but can't recognize the size,

RESVAL option of your LVSCHK command is not set.
The default value is no check.
I think all your problems in LVSCHK command. Read Dracula reference about this command.

Yes, RESVAL check the res value, so I have to add RESLPERCENT=0 RESWPERCENT=0 to check the res size

Re: I defined one new device, but can't recognize the size,

Use reasonable value instead of 0.
Otherwise you will always get errors in LVS report, because sometimes iit is mpossible to get exact value with existing layout grid.
