I can create libraries in Tanner Sedit

hello everyybody,when i open tanner sedit ..it says unable to create directory..i dont know why this is happenning..also iam unable to add any libraries ..it again gives the same error...(when i tried to add spice library)..does anybody have a solution to this...

This is more likely due to the program being corrupted. SEDIT version7 has not been reported to have these sort of errors nor have the previous versions. You should try re-installing the software.

i have solved the problem..i have deleted my old windows 2000 account and iam logging in under a new user name...that solved the problem..but looks strange...
