layout editor capability is not enabled

Hi, RF Router:

I get the error message " Layout Editor capability is not enabled" each time I start to create or edit a layout from cell view by running LayoutPlus / Layout at linux prompt. The LayoutPlus always brings me into the read mode rather than edit mode. How do I enable the Layout Editor capability in order to work in the edit mode ?

Check your Virtuosso license first. If you don't have the license you can open layout in read mode only.

Agree, it is 99.9% sure of lic didn't be checkout...
Check your lic first.....

Hi Sunny656,

I also have the same problem when you are not using the installation account to launch icfb or layoutPlus, so use installation account can solve this problem.
