cheapest microcontroller

89c2051 is the best which i got uptill now.
I donot want factory programmed controller i want to program them in batch of 10 at my place. although i donot have any problem if they are having otp, eeprom, or flash,

programs are small and requirement are also less.
so u can suggest any thing u like

at89s2051 in bangalore

try to check on rscomponents.com or digikey.com on the prices, but I would suggest using atmega128 or any from atmega series which has jtag or the ever reliable pic16f84 mcu

cheapest microcontroller in chennai

Hi,
First off, the
ever reliable pic16f84 mcu
is expensive, as well as outdated. It was replaced by the 16F628, last century.
For a cheap PIC micro, try the 10Fxxx series. Futurlec has the 10F206 for a dollar and five cents. I hear the 10F2xx's can be had for about fifty cents.
https://www.futurlec.com/ICMicrochip_PIC12.shtml
I see they also sell the ATTiny11 8-Pin 6MHz 1kb 8-bit Microcontroller for sixty cents:
https://www.futurlec.com/ICAtmel.shtml
There is also a post on this board, I think by Paul Holland, which states a small micro, which I've never heard of, from Taiwan.
Hope this is of some help.
Regards,
Robert

worlds cheapest microcontroller

PIC16F72 is comming in good price and At89C51 also

microcontroller price

I recommended PIC Microcntrollers Familly ( PIC16f84A,PIC16f628A&PIC16f877A)
Cheap and you can make programmar by yourself and program your PIC

difference between attiny15 and at89c51

PIC16F72 is having more memory and ADC compare with PIC16F628

exemple pwm sur at89s4051

Cheapest micro its entirly depend on your application. The AT89S51 is cheapest micro according to my info.

attiny usd 0.25

Hi,

You can also consider Philips 89LPC series, a lot of low price chips, and low power with more powerful functions.

price of microcontroller chips in pakistan

hi
could you specify your MC required resources to be able to help u.
Also u should specify your budget.

Thanks

philips 89lpc

Dear,

If a 89c2051 capabilities is enough for you i think the best choices are :

AT89C2051 or AT89C4051 from atmel
AT89S2051 or AT89S4051 same as above but they are In-system Programmable.

Good Luck!

You can see all of the 16F type PICs and organize the listing by price..

16x505 was made to be cheap when it came out, like $.50 in quantity. Looks like another variant or two is cheaper now though..

16F72 is 3x the price now, but definitely has good stuff in it for the price. 16F870 is also very good, close to the 876 etc but much less, have 100+ on hand for prototyping and they're very handy, lots of bang for the $$..

Alan

it depends on a number of variables. First ur resources. Second ur location. Although the atmel controller of 89-series are cheap but they don't have much resources. Secondly if u r in mainland china then controllers come real cheap.

i also think that PIC series will better. since it has got internal ADC,PWM,RS232 etc.

From well known manufacturers, the 2 cheapest controllers that I use are
1. PIC12C508 = $0.60
2. Z86E0208 = $0.50
both on qty of 1000pcs.

IN CHINA
there are some microcontroller to you,
for example.

AVR attiny serial about 0.4 EURO
and some TAIWAN product microcontroller is about 0.3 EURO but the chip is very powerful include AD.DA,UART,INTERUPT &.

some detail informaiton
you can see
**broken link removed**
**broken link removed**

PIC are very costly for me
one should consider all the things.
i am seeking controller for small scale project and that can be reprogrammed many times.

At and avr series are fine
this attiny2313 is from atmel/

PIC16F72 is comming in good price and At89C51 also
