I downloaded the file and could unpack it without any problem.

Maybe you have to use a later Version of Winrar I am useing 3.10

It's good.

I used version 3.00.

Now I use version 3.20.

It is winrar version problem.

Some Internet Service Provider can't download complete file from this eBoard. Its happen to me before. I have to change ISP then no problem.
