These are made very much like PC cards. You will have to supply the gerber layout files to the manufacturer so they can make it. You will have a choice of a few dielectric materials. From the photo, the connector is not especially designed for very high frequency response, so you can select the lower cost material with poor performance at microwave frequencies but adequate at your lower ones.
