Hyperlynx: Assigning S-paramter models to capacitors

I've downloaded a *.s2p model for a capacitor from the manufacturer.
I'm trying to assign it to a cap in Hyperlynx board-sim but Hyperlynx only gives me options to select an *.ibs file.

Directories are setup correctly, other models in those directories show up.
View/Edit touchstone tool can open the *.s2p file.
