Hydraulic wood splitter

The device can split wood of 0,33m, 0,5m and 1,0m length. It can work vertically and horizontally.
It was made in garage. Useful tools were: welder, drill, power tools and hand tools.

• electric motor 5,1KW, three-phase, 2850rpm
• maximum pressure: 7,5t (150bar set on overflow valve)
• speed: working stroke of 6cm/s, the return of 12cm/s)
• maximum stroke of the piston: 25cm
• the diameter of the piston: 8cm
• pump: 6,3cm3/rotation, 250bar

Also needed: steel materials, motor, hydraulics: pump, divider, overflow valve, manifold block, pressure gauge, wires.
